We recently partnered with Carrington Real Estate to personally pitch and host the media at the groundbreaking ceremony of their flagship high-rise development. The team at Solv Communications was very impressed with Jared Carrington and his partners Sam Goszer and Paul Davis’s vision and foresight to develop housing near rapid transit corridors throughout the city. Their mixed-use development is great for people, communities and it helps create more liveable neighbourhoods while adding housing to our growing city. This flagship development even had the blessing of the Mayor and Council who attended their sod-turning event.
Kimberly Terrace has been really great so far. From the beginning process, the website made finding and renting my perfect apartment a breeze. The detailed listings and virtual tours were incredibly helpful, and the online support was prompt and friendly. Staff is great and respond back in a timely manner, and best part is that this building is also pet friendly! Which was an absolute must for us.
It has been a great experience living at Kimberly Terrace. The management team is incredibly responsive, and the facilities are always well-maintained. The community atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it truly feel like home. It is also a newly built complex with modernized spacious units.
Recently moved into this new complex. The design of the units are very "today" with an open concept. The property management is very approachable and friendly. I like the area very much. I've only been living here a short time however I look forward to a long time here. If you are looking for something in this area, check it out.
Such beautiful suites that include all of the in suite amenities that you could want. Modern finishes and appliances. The only thing that I have noticed so far is the noise that comes in from the parking lot and stairwell. Not very soundproof. But also not the absolute worst. Kind building managers and maintenance staff.
